Mix cream, Nuketo and low-carb sweetener powder and whip over hot water until creamy, take the pot from the oven and beat the mixture until cold. Add black coffee or espresso, flavour and rum and heat up again over hot water.
Fill liqueur into cleaned bottles and store in the fridge.
Take out of the fridge before enjoying and shake briefly.
For those who prefer a non-alcoholic version, replace rum with coffee instead.
