Grissini with Parmesan from our almond dough – just 0.3g net carbs per bread stick!

  • 100 g Dr. Almond Almond Dough UNSWEETENED
  • 130 g butter (soft)
  • 1 egg
  • 7 g Himalayan salt
  • 100 g Parmesan (shaved)
  • some sesame (for sprinkling)
  1. Mix all ingredients to make a dough and form sticks from 20g dough each. Sprinkle with sesame and bake at 160° C for 25 minutes. I dried them in the oven afterwards at 80° C for 2 hours. This way, you’ll get wonderfully crispy results!
