Dalgona Coffee – the new coffee trend from South Korea. The drink consists of equal parts of soluble coffee powder, sugar (or here sugar substitute) and hot water. All ingredients are whipped airily with a hand mixer in a narrow container. The result is a fluffy, firm coffee foam. You can put it as a topping on cold milk or a vegetable milk. Or you can add ice cubes and get the perfect iced coffee with few calories! Tastes simply great!

The new coffee trend from South Korea. Our version consists of equal parts of soluble coffee powder, caramel dream and hot water. The light caramel note – a dream!
- 1 tbsp instant coffee
- 1 tbsp Dr. Almond Caramel Dream
- 1 tbsp Hot water
- 200 g milk
- Bourbon Vanilla
- ice cubes (optional)
- Fill Instant coffee and caramel dream into a narrow container – you should still be able to get in with a hand blender! Add 1 tablespoon of hot water and then whip for about 2 minutes.The result is an airy, firm coffee cream.
- Pour milk of your choice into a glass, mix with flavours, add coffee foam – fold in something and enjoy. Tastes hot and cold. Also delicious as an iced coffee – just add a few ice cubes to the cold milk and/or a scoop of ice cream!
- Of course you can also double the amount for more portions!
