Recipe Parmesan Grissini low-carb keto
Grissini with Parmesan from our almond dough – just 0.3g net carbs per bread stick!
- 100 g Dr. Almond Almond Dough UNSWEETENED
- 130 g butter (soft)
- 1 egg
- 7 g Himalayan salt
- 100 g Parmesan (shaved)
- some sesame (for sprinkling)
- Mix all ingredients to make a dough and form sticks from 20g dough each. Sprinkle with sesame and bake at 160° C for 25 minutes. I dried them in the oven afterwards at 80° C for 2 hours. This way, you’ll get wonderfully crispy results!
