Recipe Vanilla and Chocolate Cream Dessert low-carb gluten-free
Fluffy cream dessert made in paradise – an excellent basis for a huge variety of delicious desserts and very quick and easy to prepare!
- 300 g milk (skim milk (1.5% fat) or other fat content)
- 25 g Dr. Almond Vanilla Pudding Powder (OR)
- 25 g Dr. Almond CHOCOLATE Pudding Powder
- 30 g Dr. Almond Premium Cream Curd Powder (or premium cream powder or mascarpone powder)
- 5 g Dr. Almond Citrus Fiber (1 heaped tsp)
- 2 g Dr. Almond Low Carb Sweetener Cristalline (1/4 tsp)
- 7 drops Pure Flavour Eggnog (OR)
- 10 drops Pure Flavour Milk Chocolate (for the chocolate version)
- mixed berries (as you like)
- Mix all ingredients (when cold) in a narrow bowl and blend thoroughly with a hand blender (at least 1 – 2 minutes) – use as you wish for further recipe ideas and chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour. The crème is perfectly suitable as a basis for a huge variety of desserts! Here you’ll see our creation with layers of berries! Simply tastes wonderful!
