INGREDIENTS: 100 % Hen egg white powder free range (pasteurized, spray dried, aufschlagfähig, desugared, non-GMO)
Preparation of liquid egg white:
Mix 1 part egg white powder with 9 parts water.
For 30 g liquid egg white (approx. 1 egg size M):
3 g egg white powder + 27 g water
Tip: Mix egg white powder with 1/3 of the water first and allow to swell for 15 min while stirring occasionally, then add the remaining water.
Use in recipes just like fresh liquid egg white. Content of the bag corresponds to egg whites from approx. 133 eggs!
- Eiklarpulver in Wasser lösen – es ist normal dass es klumpt!
- Die Klumpen so gut es geht zerdrücken und einfach quellen lassen
- Nach ca. 15 min lässt sich alles zu einer glatten Flüssigkeit verrühren
