The composition of delicious coconut flour, delicate golden flax seed meal and aromatic almond flour is the ultimate base mix for all types of cakes, pies, tartes and pastry!
100 g Cake Magic can replace wheat flour and sugar in most cake recipes! Simply replace 300 – 400 g wheat flour and 125 g sugar with 100 g Cake Magic. Usually, for 100 g Cake Magic, you need 4 – 6 eggs and 200 – 400 ml liquids / fats (milk, cream, butter…).
TASTE: mild, gentle touch of coconut and almond, pleasant sweetness with a touch of bourbon vanilla
INGREDIENTS: Almond flour, coconut flour (deoiled), golden flax seed flour (deoiled), citrus fiber. Contains less than 2 %: Bourbon vanilla, rock salt, rising agent sodium hydrogen carbonate, acidifiers natural gluconolactone and potassium tartrate, sweeteners sodium cyclamate and sodium saccharin, antioxidant ascorbic acid (Vitamin C). May contain traces of shell parts, other nuts, oilseeds and peanuts.

Quick Muffins (12 pieces)
o 100 g Cake Magic
o 6 eggs size M (or 5 eggs size L)
o 300 ml full-fat milk
o 50 g butter (melted)
o optional: 1 TSP lemon peel
Preheat oven to 185 °C.
Mix the ingredients thoroughly into a smooth batter, let it rest for 5 min and stir again briefly.
Fill into a well greased muffin tin and bake at 185 °C 15 – 20 min in a convection oven or 20 – 25 min without convection.

o 6 eggs size M (or 5 eggs size L)
o 250 g curd (20 %)
o 200 g sour cream
o 150 g blueberries
o optional: 1 TSP lemon peel
Preheat oven to 175 °C.
Mix all ingredients except the blueberries thoroughly into a smooth batter, let it rest for 5 min and stir again briefly.
Fill the batter into a cake tin lined with baking paper, top with the blueberries and bake at 175 °C for 50 – 60 min in a convection oven or 60 – 70 min without convection.
Baking time and temperature can vary depending on the type of oven and the cake tin.
