Low Carb & Gluten Free Bread Crumbs!
INGREDIENTS: Coconut flour (deoiled), peanut flour (deoiled), sesame seed flour (deoiled), antioxidant ascorbic acid (Vitamin C).
HOW TO USE:
Mix bread crumbs with salt and spices as desired (approx. 1/2 TSP salt for 50 g bread crumbs). Turn the meat or vegetables in egg wash first and then turn in bread crumbs.
For very thick coating: turn in breadcrumbs first, then turn in egg wash and turn again in bread crumbs. Fry until golden brown.
TIPP: Mix with Dr. Almond cocoa butter powder, use like bread crumbs and bake in oven until golden brown.

Not to keen on this. Its very nutty which takes away from the flavour of the thing you are cooking. I’ve tried it on fish and chicken.
I prefer making breadcrumbs out of your “goldden bread” and cooking with those 🙂
