Ready mix for carbohydrate reduced & gluten free poppy seed filling with sweeteners
More than 85 % less carbohydrates than regular poppy seed filling
INGREDIENTS: 83 % Poppy seeds, citrus fiber, free-range egg white powder. Contains less than 2 %: Bourbon Vanilla, sweeteners sodium saccharin and sodium cyclamate, rock salt, antioxidant ascorbic acid (Vitamin C). May contain traces of shell parts, other nuts and peanuts.
Preparation for 250 g poppy seed filling:
(TIPP: The milk can be replaced by water, heavy cream, coconut milk or any other nut milk.)
Option 1 (juicy & light, for poppy seed cake):
o 75 g Poppy Seed Filling
o 175 ml milk
Mix Poppy Seed Filling with milk and leave it to swell for 10 min. Stir again and use as described in the recipe.
Option 2 (extra-creamy, für poppy seed rolls & desserts):
o 75 g Poppy Seed Filling
o 150 ml milk
o 25 g butter
Mix Poppy Seed Filling with milk and leave it to swell for 10 min. Melt the butter, stir in and use as described in the recipe.
