Ready-mix for carbohydrate reduced & gluten free Pudding with sweeteners „Pudding Cream“
More than 90 % less carbohydrates than regular pudding powder!
INGREDIENTS: Citrus fiber, erythritol. Contains less than 2 %: rock salt, thickeners locust bean gum, agar agar and xanthan gum, bourbon vanilla (0.1%), flavouring vanillin, natural flavouring (cream),sweeteners sodium cyclamate and sodium saccharin, antioxidant ascorbic acid (Vitamin C).
PREPARATION for 2 servingS (500 ml liquid + 40 g dry mix):
1.) Boil up 500 ml liquid (milk / coconut milk or a mixture of heavy cream + water) in a pot. Remove pot vom heat.
2.) Gradually add 40 g pudding dry mix while stirring vigorously with a whisk.
3.) While stirring boil up briefly. Enjoy warm or cold.
Tipps for variations:
For solid pudding: Fill the hot pudding into a mould and let cool down completely. Turn and demould on a plate. If the pudding sticks to the mould: place the mould in warm water shortly.
Fruity pudding: the pudding goes well with fruit spreads prepared from Dr. Almond ready-mix for low-carb fruit spread or fruit powders.
Before serving: sprinkle with coconut flakes, chopped almonds or nuts, chia seeds, fresh berries or nut butters.
Fluffy Pudding with egg whites: Fold in freshly beaten egg whites while still hot.

I love to mix it with the Protein Dessert Vanilla. I have tried it cooked and cold whisked as a creme but the flavour is slightly artificial. It is quite nice eaten with fruits. One of my most loved desserts is mixing a quarter portion of this Pudding Cream and half a portion of Protein Dessert Vanilla and to puree it for 2 minutes. My husband can’t get enough of that combination.
