Place the square cake frame on a baking tray covered with baking paper or line a baking dish with baking paper.
Mix all ingredients for the brownie batter in a bowl and make a smooth dough. Important: the melted butter should only be lukewarm when adding! Pour the dough in the mould.
Bake for approx. 25 - 30 mins (fan). Bake 5 – 10 mins longer if you use upper and lower heat. Allow the base to cool on a wire rack.
For the baked apple sauce, melt the caramel dream in a saucepan. Add the Berentzen apple schnapps, Christmas dream, lemon juice and apple slices and cook at medium heat until soft. Allow to cool down.
For the crème, mix low fat curd cheese, mascarpone and low-carb sweetener. Fold in the whipped cream.
Place the cooled base as a whole into an appropriate mould or in a frame. Wet with the desired liquid.
Spread baked apple sauce and crème.
For garnishing, spread melted chocolate magic and chopped nuts on top. I mixed two tastes of chocolate magic for this recipe: “milk chocolate“ and ”black cream“ – looks super pretty and is super delicious!
Chill the tiramisu in the fridge and let soak.
Please note: Nutrition facts are WITHOUT garnish. Just be creative - of course, you could simply dust with cocoa.
