Ready-mix for low-carb fruit spread with sweeteners Type STRAWBERRY
Make yourself a delicious fresh low-carb fruit spread in just 5 Minutes – quickly stir, boil up, let cool – done!
Dr. Almond fruit spread are made of freeze-dried fruit powder, which is produced from 100 % freshly frozen, ripe and aromatic fruits. Throught the gentle freeze-drying process the colour, taste and fragrance of the fresh fruit is completely maintained. No colorings, preservatives, flavourings or fillers are used!
For thickening of the fruit spread we use the natural thickener agaragar derived from algae. The taste is rounded off with a touch of fine bourbon vanilla and sweetened with a calorie free and carb free sweetener (aspartame free!).
IMPORTANT: Since no sugar or other preservatives are used, a freshly prepared fruit spread should be consumed within 2-3 days and should be kept in the refrigerator.
INGREDIENTS: 86% Strawberry powder (from 100%freeze-dried strawberries), agaragar. Contains less than 2%: Bourbon vanilla, sweeteners sodium cyclamate and sodium saccharin, antioxidant ascorbic acid, rock salt.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR 5 PORTIONS (150 g):
In a small pot stir 10 g (1/4 bag) of the ready-mix with 150 ml cold water and boil it up. Let simmer for approx. 1 – 2 min while stirring – Done! Fruit spread sets while cooling. Also suitable for cake glaze! Store in refrigerator and consume within 3 days.
