The Dr. Almond Cereal Mix – more than just a baking mix! The high-protein composition of selected nuts and seeds can be enjoyed as raw cereal or baked (by just adding water) for a delicious crunchy granola.
The creation of crunchy grated coconut, aromatic almonds and crispy sunflower seeds is refined with delicate golden flax seed and coconut flour, high-qrade free-range egg white powder and real Bourbon vanilla. Our cereal provides an incredible 7.9 g protein and 8.6 g fiber per serving (40 g) – while only having 1.3 g of carbs! It is very filling and keeps you full for a long time.
With eggs or curd you can create yummy cereal bars and cereal cookies.
INGREDIENTS: Grated coconut, sunflower seeds, almonds, golden flax seed flour (deoiled), free-range egg white powder, bamboo fiber. Contains less than 2 %: rock salt, sweeteners sodium cyclamate and sodium saccharin, Bourbon vanilla, antioxidant ascorbic acid (Vitamin C). May contain traces of shell parts, other nuts, oilseeds and peanuts.
The Dry Mix can also be consumed pure (unbaked)! Simply add it to joghurt or milk and enjoy.

PREPARATION for Granola Bars (approx. 300 g):PREPARATION for 1 baking sheet (approx. 200 g) granola:
Preheat the oven to 130 °C.
1.) Put 200 g baking mix into a mixing bowl. While stirring pour in 100 g water and continue stirring for approx. 1 min.
2.) Crumble the dough onto a baking sheet covered with baking paper and bake at 130 °C for approx. 60 min in a convection oven or approx. 80 min without convection.
After cooling down on the baking sheet, store in an airtight container. Stored like this, the granola will keep for several weeks.
Important! For a long shelf life the granola should be completely dried (weight after baking = weight of used baking mix!).
Mix 200 g baking mix with 250 g curd (20 % fat), fill into bar moulds and bake at 130 °C for approx. 60 – 90 min (depending on thickness of the bars).
PREPARATION for Granola Cookies (approx. 270 g):
Mix 200 g baking mix with 30 g butter and 2 eggs, shape the cookies and bake on a baking sheet covered with baking paper at 150 °C for approx. 30 min.
