Our Pasta Magic CLASSICO ready mix for noodles is also ideally suitable as a basis to prepare sweet noodles. Here’s a basic recipe for super delicious chocolaty chocolate pasta. Ingredients refer to preparation with a pasta maker. For other preparation methods, e. g. when done by hand, just add about 20ml more water to the quantity needed (because of cocoa).

  1. Mix Pasta Magic, Low Carb Sweetener and baking cocoa. Prepare in the pasta maker according to instructions or by hand.
  2. You’ll get super chocolaty ribbon noodles and can enjoy them immediately or freeze in small portions. If you want to use the fresh pasta, pour pasta into boiling water (lightly salted with 1 pinch of salt) and cook for 3-5 minutes, then drain well in a colander.
  3. Now you can turn the pasta into a sweet dish as desired. This is our suggestion to you: chocolate pasta with vanilla sauce and pistachios.
